2 of our own are dead and this jackass gets to have a circus in court. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at our system.
so he is gonna claim that the ass whipping he got from S.O. and and the Feds when he was apprehended was done by Barker and Byrant. What a shame I hope the jury doesnt buy into this crap.
This is DeKalb Thug Loving County. The chances of him getting the death penalty are slim to none. He'll be found guilty. There's too much evidence for him not to be. He's already admitted he did it! No matter what his sentence ends up being, his defense team has given him lots of ammunition at an appeal for him to plead "ineffective counsel."
Does he have the same lawyers as Hemy Neumann?
