Dekalb CEO Michael Thurmond says he will pass a new ethics law for Dekalb County.
He should start with all the commissioners.

using the word Ethics in the same sentence as Dekalb county is an oxymoron. this county is corrupt and dirty it is beyond help.
the CEO should start with Dekalb police command staff and teach them what ethics are.
Ethics in Dekalb county, that is hilarious this county has not had ethics or morals in years.
The Sheriff there had his DEPUTIES MURDER the sheriff elect, CEO arrested for extortion, prior one known state wide for kickbacks, on & on & on all while infrastructure crumbles around the county citizens. If you were there and failed to act as LE then YOU were/are culpable and sold out to corruption as well and are a pitiful excuse for a human being. What more is there to say?

Not likely one term as the corrupt love electing other corrupt.
The CEO sent to prison only had his conviction overturned because the judge on the case is another sorry a$$ p.o.s. from DeKalb County who sucks at his job. He has cases overturned on appeal a lot.
What I can't wait for the commission, the public safety department, the DA, the GBI and The FBI to explain is how does this agency ignore all the hopping. Tell me how have there been four different Mark L.Potters 1970 (former DKPD/retired from DA's office) and when it comes to Keemeit D. Johnson there have been at minimum two of them (in 2003 he had three daughters and in 2018 only one).
Also tell me how the department can get away with incarcerating their own family members? And not even with discretion, like D. Yarbro arresting his brother's daughter (C. Yarbro)? Tell me how G.A Padrick thinks it's okay to have his socio-path brother Kenneth live in some kind of back woods witness program with unknowing women?
Oh no I swore I wouldn't tell, but most of ya'll sharing bars like you got the bottom bunk in a two man cell...and if I got a brown nose for some gold then I'd rather be a bum then a mother fucking barter.
This bs department and their secret service black market human trafficking trade (like IPO's and ZLB stock market codes look them up)thinks that they can forever just get away with crimes like rape (because if you read the statue if you lie to someone about your identity then it is CLEARLY a rape...
Z (if you are above the rank of captain I would suggest retirement unless you want to be demoted to Captain, I guess Lisa Gassener really pissed someone off and I am about to fuck up the whole game!!!
Some of you may be sad about that but I am kind of sad about all the crimes committed by the people I trusted most!!!
