think that message could be a wake up call for our Chief, but I doubt it. We need changes if we are going to keep officers. All departments have their positive and negative issues. We are working in a hostile environment, we have become a revenue source for the county. All we hear is " Need More Tickets " it will not end until we have a real chief not someones political friend.
