APD's Kreher Promoted

Kasim Reed hasn't even been sworn in as Atlanta's next mayor, but one of his key supporters has already been promoted. Scott Kreher, the police sergeant who was on desk duty four months ago for talking about wanting to beat the mayor with a baseball bat, is now a lieutenant. Kreher runs the Atlanta police union, which endorsed Reed two weeks before he won a Dec. 1 runoff election.

Non-story? Does APD have an Lt.'s test which generates a list like we have at Dekalb? If their system is similar, he may have just been the next on the list.

Congrats to the new Lt.

Great for him. Sorry Blog Administrator, I know you want to start some controversy over this but it's not gonna work. We have OUR own problems. Let's clean our laundry before worrying about others. This guy is ALL for PD. Im happy for him. I wonder does this administrator have ANY faults?

Let me answer that for you, Hell yea they got faults. If you have followed this blog for anytime it is easy to see the administrators are a few disgruntled employees from DKPD who have been passed over many times, probably for good reasons. They have obviously decided to kiss up to the current administration. Evident by posting and removing certain posts with no explanation. Evident by not posting many post because they dont like the fact that you may be talking about them or one of their buddies. This blog is typical of anything DKPD a bunch of BS.

Kreher is a loose cannon and crybaby. Let APD have him. Give him time and he will be whinning about the new mayor. This guy has not been promoted for a reason and NO ITS NOT BECAUSE HE'S WHITE. DKPD has their own issues to deal with. We know that many of Bolton's hires are still around with badges, guns and police powers, lets focus on getting rid of them.
