Yet another employee in the Watershed Department has made allegations of sexual harassment. This time it's against the department head.

Not the water, its the atmosphere. Expect more of this to keep coming down the pipeline.

I'd attribute it to a culture of "arrogance and entitlement" that runs from the top down.

You see it in Decatur and you see it in the department.

what do you expect when you have a county commissioner that writes bad checks, have 4 warrants that was hidden.someone hide thoes warrants and have the balls to be over all law enforcement what a joke. Shhhhhhhhhhhh rolls down hill dont you know.

Anon 4:10 DeKalb has the second highest tax rate (both County and School) in the Metro area. Only Clayton is (a tiny bit) higher. 60% of DeKalb taxes go to the school system which is rotten and wasteful in its own way. Arrogance and entitlement is a pretty fair summary.
